A new regulation for medical laboratory scientists is to deny them annual practicing license unless they acquire a specific number of credits in continued professional development.

This comes as the Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria (AMLSN) begins an online medical laboratory education programme for professionals across the country.
